General and Acceptance
- These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website croatiagrandprix.com and access to the Grand Prix of Croatia 2026 event held on May 15-17, 2026 at Automotodrom Grobnik.

- By using this website and/or attending the event, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the site or attend the event.
- We reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.

Use of the Website
- You may use the website for private, non-commercial purposes.
- Prohibited: automated data collection (scraping, crawlers) without written permission, sending unsolicited messages (spam) or attempting malicious activity, attempting to circumvent security mechanisms, using the site in any way that could damage, disable or overburden our servers, and reproducing or distributing content without permission.
- We reserve the right to block access for users who breach these Terms.

Third-Party Content
- The site contains external content and links to third-party services, including Entrio (ticket sales), YouTube (video), Spotify (music), Google Maps (interactive maps), and technical/analytics services (Microsoft Clarity, Sentry, Umami, Cloudflare, Upstash).
- Third-party content and services are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. We accept no responsibility for the availability, accuracy or security of external services.

Intellectual Property
- All content on this site (text, photographs, video, logos, design, track visualisations, 3D models) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Rights belong to the organizer, partners, or sponsors of the event.
- Without prior written permission, copying, reproducing or distributing content in any form, using logos, the event name or visual identity, and modifying website content are prohibited.
- Sponsor and partner logos are the property of their respective rights holders and are displayed with their permission.

Tickets
- Tickets for the event are sold exclusively through the Entrio platform (entrio.hr). Clicking any "Buy Tickets" link takes you off our site to the Entrio platform.
- Purchase, refund, exchange and all other transactional aspects of ticketing are governed by Entrio's General Terms of Business, not ours. We are not responsible for technical issues during purchase on Entrio, declined or failed transactions, or payment-related complaints.
- A ticket purchased on Entrio entitles you to entry to the event according to the ticket type (Day, Weekend, VIP).

Event Access
- A valid ticket is required for entry. At the entrance the ticket is exchanged for a wristband which must be worn at all times during your stay.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket or wristband, anyone visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and anyone presenting a security risk. Security checks of persons and items are conducted at entry. Anyone breaching the rules of conduct, disturbing public order, or endangering others may be removed from the event.
- Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Consumption of alcohol by minors is prohibited.
- The following are prohibited: firearms and bladed weapons, fireworks and pyrotechnics, illegal drugs, glass bottles and other sharp or breakable items, alcoholic beverages brought from outside, drones without prior media accreditation, pets (except guide dogs), and any other equipment that could endanger the safety of visitors or competition. A detailed list is available at the entrance.

Track Safety and Personal Responsibility
- The event takes place on a racing circuit and surrounding areas where high-speed motor vehicle competitions occur. Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.
- Visitors are required to follow all signs, fences, and instructions from marshals / security personnel; remain only in spectator zones; not attempt access to restricted zones (pit boxes, paddock, track, gravel pit, areas behind safety barriers); not interfere with the competition; and take care of their own safety and that of others, especially children in their care.
- Visitors accept the inherent risks of a motorsport event, including noise, vibration, debris (rubber fragments, gravel from track edges), weather conditions, and the possibility of an on-track incident.
- Medical support and the organizer's general liability insurance are in place during the event weekend.

Photo and Video Recording at the Event
- The event is recorded by photo and video for promotional, journalistic, and marketing purposes by the organizer, accredited media, and partners.
- By entering the event, the visitor accepts that they may be recorded and that recordings may be used for promotion of the event and future editions, publication on the website, social media, advertisements, and printed materials, and media coverage.
- Recording takes place in public areas of the event and is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the promotion of a cultural-sporting event.
- If you do not wish to appear in promotional recordings, please avoid areas marked "cameras recording" or notify the photographer on site.
- Private photography for personal use is permitted. Professional and commercial photo/video recording requires prior media accreditation — contact: [email protected].

Cancellation, Postponement, and Force Majeure
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, or reschedule the event in case of weather conditions endangering safety (heavy rain, wind, fog, storms), force majeure (epidemic, accident, government decision, natural disaster), a safety incident on the track or infrastructure, or other reasons beyond the organizer's control.
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the organizer will inform visitors as soon as possible via the website and official channels. Ticket refund policy is handled with Entrio in accordance with their General Terms.
- The organizer is not responsible for additional costs (accommodation, transport, contracted arrangements) incurred by visitors in connection with the event.

Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer accepts no responsibility for:
- Personal injury or damage caused by failure to follow safety instructions, entry into restricted zones, or accidents the organizer could not influence.
- Theft, loss or damage to personal belongings of visitors at the event or in parking areas.
- Damage to vehicles parked in public or improvised parking areas around the event.
- Inability to access the event due to traffic, late arrival, or other reasons not directly the organizer's responsibility.
- Technical issues with external services (Entrio, payment systems, telephone networks).
- The organizer will at all times take reasonable safety measures and provide adequate medical support and insurance on site for the duration of the event.

Privacy
- Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy at croatiagrandprix.com/privacy.
- Use of cookies is governed by our Cookie Policy at croatiagrandprix.com/cookies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
- For any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the site, the competent court in Dubrovnik shall have jurisdiction.
- If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
